Hi, I am The Mortgage MC! The Mortgage MC was created to provide value in the form of the latest mortgage and financial news. When I started my career as a broker, I noticed people struggling financially, this wasn't because they didn't work hard enough or didn't make enough money. It was because of the lack of education our society provides. Hence, The Mortgage MC was created as a resource to educate everyone about their financials and of course mortgages. Mortgages can not only be used in their traditional manner but also for other purposes such as debt consolidation, renovations, investments, purchases, refinances and so much more to make your life easier.
There are generally two ways to get a mortgage in Canada: From a bank or from a licensed mortgage professional.
Working with an experienced broker can ensure you receive the product for you. That's right, I don't work for a bank, I work only for you! I aim to ensure that the product you receive is well-suited for your future needs. With my background in Economics, I understand market changes extensively.
